Where Do You Get Your Protein?!

One of the most common, and often obnoxious questions that plant-based eaters get is "Where do you get your protein?"  Oddly enough, most protein comes from plants.  Animal products are just a pass through for that protein, but even so, they are considered "complete proteins."

There are so many sources of plant-based protein, and when combining them together, complete proteins are easy to incorporate into a plant-based lifestyle.
